Your booking
A booking is confirmed when we receive the advance and send you the boat or package name, dates, and boarding details on WhatsApp or email. A quote is not a confirmed booking.
Paying the advance
Most overnight stays and packages need a 25% advance to hold the boat or hotels. The balance is paid at check-in, unless your quote says otherwise. The advance is quoted for the dates and guest count you give us.
What the price covers
The price covers the stay, meals, and services written in your quote. Entrance tickets, tips, travel to Alleppey, and anything marked as not included are extra.
On the boat
Tell us about children, food preferences, and mobility needs before you pay. The crew can adjust the route for weather or water level. Please follow the crew’s safety instructions on board.
