Why we use them
To answer your enquiry, send a quote, confirm the boat or package, and share boarding details. We do not sell your details.
Who else sees them
Our trip team, and the boat crew or hotel only for the booking you confirm. Payment details go to the payment method you choose, not stored on this website beyond the booking note.
How long we keep them
Enquiry and booking notes stay while we need them for the trip and for a short time afterwards in case of a follow-up. Ask us on WhatsApp or email to correct or delete your details.
