Before you message
Usually within a few hours during 7 AM – 9 PM IST. Peak season evenings (Nov–Feb) may take a little longer — we’ll still reply the same day whenever possible.
A 25% advance locks the boat; balance at check-in. We’ll share the boat name, photos, boarding pin and captain details on WhatsApp after payment.
Most overnight boats board near Alleppey’s finishing-point / designated jetties. Exact Google Maps pin is sent the day before. See the map below for our office area.
